WELCOME TO EQUINE FACILITATED COACHING WITH ALI LOWEN
Helping Adults and Children Deal with the Many Challenges of every day life through the healing power of horses.....
What Is Equine Facilitated Learning?
EFL is an experiential learning approach that promotes the development of life skills for educational, professional, and personal goals through equine-assisted activities.
EFL comes in various shapes and forms depending on the Coach or Practitioner and where you go. With Lowen Equine Discovery we believe that the Client and the horse lead the way and we are there to facilitate and hold the space for each person so that they can discover their own route to self-development, healing and empowerment through discovering the magic of interactions with horses. Each session is unique and will look different to depending on the individual, but we can guide you through your own journey of discovery.

You will not be asked to ride a horse, as all sessions are carried out on the ground.
However, never underestimate the power of being in the presence of a horse and the profound changes that this can make.

All sessions work in partnership with the horse and we combine techniques of mindfulness, connection and tools to help you understand your emotions so that you are better equipped to build in self-coping strategies into your everyday life and develop your own self-healing.

Our company will always put the welfare of our clients, staff and equine herd at the forefront of everything we do. Safeguarding, inclusivity, diversity and confidentiality is paramount and will create a safe space for everyone to develop their own personal journey.
